If you love beatboxing—whether you’re stepping on stage or cheering from the crowd—Beatbox of the Month is the place to be. It’s one of Berlin’s most exciting and energetic beatbox gatherings, bringing together artists, fans, and newcomers for a night full of rhythm, creativity, and community.

From U Friedrichsfelde: take Bus 194 (Hermannplatz), get off at Michiganstraße

For Participants
Entry time: Arrive by 16:00 for check-in and prep
Entry fee: €10 for everyone (participants + audience)
Photoshoot: Optional, happens from 16:00 to 18:00
Artists go in groups of 3
After your session, you’ll need to leave the venue and come back when the event starts
Competition Format:
Eliminations: 60 seconds each
Top 8 Battles: AB/AB format, 90 seconds per round
Judging Criteria: Technicality, Musicality, Originality, Showmanship
For Spectators
Tickets / Entry: €10 for everyone
Atmosphere: Expect a high-energy night, full of beatbox battles, community, and live performances
Bar & Food: Water packs on stage for participants; extra drinks and alcohol will be sold; food options available
Accommodation (if you’re traveling)
Hotel Karlshorst: ~€40/night; ~20 min by public transport
Abacus Hotel: ~€55/night; ~15 min by bus or public transport
